1. OVERVIEW
1.1. Welcome to the www.womensjoblist.com website (the “Site”), operated by Womensjoblist (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) explain the terms under which you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) may access and use this Site, along with any employment-related features or services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or using the Site or our Services - whether or not you register for an account - you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.2. Womensjoblist reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. We will post a notice of any material changes on the Site at least seven (7) days before they become effective. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your account within that seven-day period. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
1.3. Definitions
1.3.1. “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments.
1.3.2. “ATS” means any third-party Applicant Tracking System used to facilitate recruitment processes electronically.
1.3.3. “Womensjoblist Content” means all materials, data, and information posted or otherwise provided by Womensjoblist in connection with the Services (e.g., job listings, ATS integrations, employer/recruiter details, ads, links, user-contributed content).
1.3.4. “Womensjoblist Data” means the Services and all materials available through the Site, such as software, text, images, graphics, videos, music, logos, trademarks (including “Womensjoblist” and related subdomains), patents, copyrights, and other Intellectual Property Rights therein.
1.3.5. “Personal Data” means any information relating to you as an individual (e.g., contact details, profile information, usage data) that is collected per our Privacy Policy.
1.3.6. “Profile Settings” means the account configuration and preferences you manage when logged into your account.
1.3.7. “Services” includes any job-related services provided through the Site, whether or not you are a registered user.
1.3.8. “User,” “You,” or “Your” means any individual who visits or uses the Site or Services, including users who co-register with other sites or services.
1.3.9. “User Content” means any text, images, audio, or other content that you post or upload in publicly accessible areas of the Site, or otherwise provide to Womensjoblist for use in connection with the Services.
1.3.10. “User Data” collectively refers to your Personal Data and User Content.
1.3.11. “Third-Party Sites” means any external websites or services operated by parties other than Womensjoblist (e.g., advertisers, employers, recruiters, job boards).
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. The Site, the Services, and any content incorporated therein (including software, images, text, graphics, photographs, videos, music, and trademarks), and all associated Intellectual Property Rights (the “Womensjoblist Content”), are owned exclusively by Womensjoblist or licensed to Womensjoblist by third parties.
2.2. Except where explicitly stated in this Agreement, no license or rights are granted to you under any Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display or perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works of any Womensjoblist Content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Womensjoblist Content is strictly prohibited.
3. GENERAL USAGE GUIDELINES
3.1. Permissible Use
3.1.1. You may use the Site and Services solely for personal, lawful activities relating to job searching and applications, in accordance with this Agreement.
3.1.2. Without limiting other restrictions or prohibited uses under this Agreement, you agree that you will not:
3.1.3. Womensjoblist grants public search engines permission to crawl certain portions of public-facing User Data for the sole purpose of creating publicly available search indices. We reserve the right to revoke that permission at any time.
3.1.4. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Site or Services. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from using or accessing the Site or Services.
3.1.5. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and management of any personal information you provide. By using the Site, you consent to these practices.
3.2. Site Functionality and Provision of Services
3.2.1. We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, limit or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, and may update, modify, or discontinue the Site or Services entirely or partially.
3.2.2. All data, information, and content (collectively, “Womensjoblist Data”) is provided on an “as is” basis. Transactions you enter into with third parties are solely between you and those parties, and Womensjoblist disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from those interactions.
3.3. User Data
3.3.1. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any User Data to the Site or to us, you grant Womensjoblist and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that User Data as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include sharing with third parties and sending you communications.
3.3.2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and approvals to grant this license and that providing the User Data does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

4. JOB SEARCHES
4.1. Both registered and unregistered users may use the Site to search for job listings. Womensjoblist may collect and use your search history to deliver relevant job alerts and recommendations.
4.2. We make no warranties concerning the completeness or accuracy of our job search results, including their relevance to your preferences or qualifications.
5. APPLYING FOR JOBS
5.1. You may apply for job vacancies on the Site either by using a Womensjoblist account or as a guest. Any information you provide (including resumes/CVs or other Personal Data) may be forwarded to relevant employers, recruiters, or ATS platforms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you submit.
5.2. While Womensjoblist attempts to transmit applications and associated data to intended recipients, we do not guarantee successful delivery or receipt. We are not liable if an employer or recruiter does not receive or disregards your application. We may, but are not obligated to, attempt retransmission of any failed submission.
5.3. By applying to jobs that use an external ATS, you authorize Womensjoblist to input your User Data on your behalf into that ATS for current or future roles hosted by that system.
5.4. Some job listings may redirect you to Third-Party Sites for application purposes. Your usage of these sites is governed by Section 3.2.2 and 3.2.5 of this Agreement.
6. INDEMNIFICATION AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Womensjoblist and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any of the following:
6.2. You acknowledge that a breach of certain provisions of this Agreement could cause irreparable harm to Womensjoblist, and monetary damages may be insufficient to remedy such harm. Accordingly, Womensjoblist is entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or equity.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOMENSJOBLIST DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (i) THE CONTENT OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR FREE OF ERRORS, (ii) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (iii) THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7.2. WOMENSJOBLIST DOES NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR USER ADVERTISED ON THE SITE AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DEALINGS BETWEEN YOU AND SUCH PARTIES.
7.3. WOMENSJOBLIST MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL COMPLY WITH ANY LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OR OBLIGATIONS APPLICABLE IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOMENSJOBLIST AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8.2. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF SECTION 8.1, WOMENSJOBLIST ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR:

10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
10.1. Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement (and any non-contractual claims arising from it) shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware. You consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue.
10.2. Notices. We may issue notices to you using your account’s contact information. Such notice will be deemed given five (5) days after dispatch. You must provide notices to Womensjoblist via email directed to [email protected] or another address we specify.
10.3. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written approval. Any attempted assignment in breach of this provision is null and void. We may assign our rights or obligations under this Agreement without restriction.
10.4. Independent Parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Womensjoblist. Neither party may bind or obligate the other without the other’s prior written consent.
10.5. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10.6. Waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any future enforcement.
10.7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Womensjoblist regarding your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications. Any changes to this Agreement must be approved in writing by Womensjoblist.
10.8. Attorneys’ Fees. In any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement in which either party seeks enforcement of its rights, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party.
