Host one-on-one meetings with teammates when guidance and motivation is needed
Collaborate with various departments and management to improve procedures
Develop and train new hires and work closely with teammates engaged in a PIP program
Complete various spreadsheets, including GL balancing, payments, and metrics updates
Accurately complete customer payments in HRC and SAP while ensuring the team SLA is met
Identify and complete disputes in SAP for each customer situation
Member of the Specialty Payer and Credit Card Backup teams, taking on essential customers and gaining new skills
Investigate member questions and concerns, strengthening relationships and trust with members
Assist with the onboarding of new employees
Maintain switchboard queue
Welcome incoming members and advise them where to go
Answer member calls and assist in the teller line when needed
Verify and check in vendors and board members
Provide exceptional member experience while building rapport with members
Promote financial products for the benefit of the member
Open accounts for new and existing members
