union operators). The ability to organize several operations at one time is an area where I excel. I have to ensure that a smooth operating environment is maintained, while also ensuring that my direct reports and I comply with SOPs, MDs, cGMP and safety requirements. There are many USDA and OSHA regulations that must be strictly followed and I am responsible for making sure that everyone in my department follows all regulations.

My career as a technician working in a lab setting has taught me many skills. Working in a high pressure, team oriented environment has shown me that sometimes it takes many people collaborating to achieve goals and sometimes the responsibility is solely that of one person. I have learned how to ask for help when I need it, how to be a part of a team and how to achieve success on my own. I am very organized, I work well with others and I am detail oriented. My time here will always be dear to me but I have found myself wanting to explore other career opportunities.
