- Responsible for the planning and management of FoodKick operations, inclusive of both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring the highest level quality of service to our customers provided by our associates, and supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

- Direct, coordinate and manage inbound receivables, inventory replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Resolve employee grievances and concerns; partner with HR on high level investigations.
- Identify and train talent for the department, including coaching, training and developing matrix's and standards of continued excellence.
- Plan and manage staff schedule in accordance with budget and/or business needs.
- Plans, designs, and carries out programs, projects, studies, or other work independently.

Assistant Site Manager Mar – Aug
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

- Monitor pick rates, assist leadership with order fulfillment issues, create reports and report daily recaps.

- Responsible for the planning and execution of the Inventory management of the Buildings operation. Working with other business owners to support the business objectives.
- Manage all aspect of the Inbound operation. Utilized SAP WMS, cycle counting procedures, receiving / shipping data, and scrap procedures to maintain accurate inventory. Research and replace all orders shortages and availability variances to website stock.
- Inventory Management of daily/weekly inventory of entire warehouse/DC to maintain appropriate inventory accuracy and product lost control.
- Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
- Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
