Performed file analysis and evaluation of cases I-, I-F, I-, I-, N-, I- etc. Where adjudication or resolution had been delayed, and/or other problems were encountered. Coordinated wit Districts' Units, Regional Service Center, other organizations, and Governmental agencies in an effort to determine why a case had not been resolved, and attended to expedite necessary action. Resolved administrative obstacles in completing cases so that each case was ready for ajudicators. Reviewed non-routine applications and petitions for benefits, such as those involving imcomplete or inconsistent data. Scrutinized application and supporting documents to determine if individuals were attenting to submit fraudulent applications or documents for benefits.
Determined if application from individuals were acceptable base on current USCIS regulations to avoid future complications of the case being reviewed. Refered questionable cases or situations to senior officers or supervisors to detemine the basis for elegibility.
Responsible for stating a new Department within California Service Center, called Congressional Division XII, assigned new congressional duties to officers that become part of our new Congressional Division. Made arragements to distribute congressional cases and resolved problems for our applicants. The cases were received by phone, email, faxes and required expidited process due to humanitarian actions. Resolved Administrative, consular and/or in house obstacles related to adjudication cases when determining basic eligibility for benefits and privileges under the final approvals of a supervisor or senior officer.
Kept current on new policies, regulations, training, procedures and technological changes that directly impacted Service Center operations Prepared approval, denials, or withdrawal files and forward then by mail to clients. Keep passwords for computerized programs related for confidential system within the Services.
