Under the Automated Information System AIS and eCommerce Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract, I successfully tracked every deliverable and detail for password change operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for computer systems under high-risk circumstances due to drastic budget cuts. I created a SharePoint site used to help management oversees those projects. I maintained and uploaded new and modified documents to that SharePoint site. I implemented a new organizational system on a different SharePoint site to organize weekly status reports, to make sure that all weekly status reports resided in a central location for configuration management and document access. I led the effort in creating a master folder for documentation and gathering missing high-level documents related to process and infrastructure for one major system. In addition to those task, I introduced and implemented new standards by creating resource documents whose effects are long-lasting and influence the future course of the company, such as a style guide, template, acronym list, organizational chart, email group, etc. I recorded meeting minutes for task order meetings with high-level management and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). I wrote, edited, rewrote, and reviewed manuals and related technical publications in clear and concise Standard American English (SAE) for contracts.

PEO LCS oversees six program offices; I supported all of them during my career, as required. I had the complete trust and confidence of the entire staff of the primary office I supports (PMS ), as well as the remaining five offices. I edited plans, reports, and other documents from the program management office I supported primarily (PMS ). I served as technical writer, grammar specialist, document coordinator, and chief compiler of several reports, plans, and other documentation from PMS . When team members struggled to find programmatic documentation, I created a configuration-controlled program-level document index via SharePoint site to assist with status reports. This, and other additions to the SharePoint site, improved document continuity, business communications, and product quality across the entire office. When team members struggled with meeting deadlines, it was my idea to use team performance metrics as positive incentive. I also coordinated logistics for successful reviews and status meetings. When working within condensed timelines, I was aware of the relationships between cost, schedule, and performance as it affected programs. The above accomplishments contributed to meeting program timelines while staying within target costs. I made sure that the team communicated financial issues to management in a clear and concise manner and that I communicated financial issues to the team for reports and meetings.
