Sales Manager for the West territory of Oahu.  Initially had direct reports (all outside Account Executives who were not achieving quota).  Built this area to be one of the most efficient and profitable in Hawaii, enabling after one year to build a new retail store in Pearl City, which I also managed with an outside sales team, and improved inwards by %.  In , I managed the Oahu Business Sales Team with sales representatives and support staff personal, and was also responsible for retail stores on Oahu for a total of direct reports.  Duties included: hiring, coaching, motivating, inventory of all stock, daily reports and meeting company objectives of inwards, CPGA, RCM and Churn.
