? Presented idea to firm partner outlining need for a Postsale Title Team to coordinate work-flow between Postsale staff, other departments, clients and the firms Postsale and Eviction attorneys. This resulted in my move to lead the new team of legal assistants. This team was responsible for providing legal support to all Post Sale and Eviction Attorneys. Including prioritizing workflow to all assigned attorneys; research of complex title and legal issues, preparation of court related documents; invoicing; coordinating all necessary legal documents for pending closings and delivering to title company in a timely manner; meeting with the City of Detroit on potential demolition of vacant properties acquired by clients; review, research and negotiation (if needed) of unpaid invoices.
Result: Implementation of this team resulted in all complex, time consuming issues being diverted to a new team of highly trained professionals. This provided clients with quicker turn-around time on requests, as well as more personalized and efficient service.
