Consultant, People & Change/ Change management
As a Advisory/ People & Change consultant, I provided Risk Management, Program Scheduling and HRIS assesment support, and Change Management support to various projects to several Federal Agencies: (Architcet of the Capital (AOC), Dept. of the NAVY (DON)).
- Supported the Architect of the Capitol’s evaluation of a new Human Resource Information System HRIS to support their growing and changing human resource requirements.

As a consultant, I provided Risk Management, Program Scheduling and risks assesment support to various projects to a variety of Federal Agencies: Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Transportation (DOT), United States Postal Services (USPS), and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
