- Procurement section: local purchases of raw material as well as import of all materials needed for the company. This includes direct correspondence with our supplier in the Middle East, Europe, Far East and United States, including the following:
A- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, negotiation prices and delivery terms.
B- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and factory consumption.
- Clearance section: clearing of goods at points of entry. This includes relations with customs and clearing agents.
- Warehouse section: management of warehouses of raw material and finished products. Forecasting of raw materials needed for the operation details as follows:
a- Preparing purchasing budgets and monitoring implementation.
