OBJECTIVE:

I am a friendly and highly motivated individual who has the potential to succeed in any given environment. Although I have extensive experience in customer service and management, I love to learn and always up to a challenge whenever the situation. *Organize, coordinate, and control all contract handling services, ensure that handling services do not adversely affect the safe and punctual operation of the customer’s flight services

*Implement and oversee directives and procedures, enforce policy regulations for AGI, TSA, FAA, Department of Agriculture and all airlines handled according to the Code of Federal Regulations

*Audit and monitor performance measurements as required. Ensure quality standards are met at all times, meet regularly with other managers and supervisors to establish constant feedback and action plan for any improvements in service handling and take prompt corrective actions where service levels are not met

*Manage the inspection and acceptance of cargo into the facility and delivery of cargo from facility to airport

*Recruit new staff, train and develop existing staff, motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets, coordinate staff scheduling, conduct periodic and annual performance appraisals

*Conduct audits daily and semiannually for Air General Inc., US Airways, Delta, Alaska Airlines, American, Sun Country, Continental, United, Southwest, JetBlue and Lufthansa cargo

*Manage the flight plans for Lufthansa Airlines Cargo, which includes checking in, weighing, screening, processing of Air Waybills

*Prepare monthly invoicing, process accounts receivable and payable, prepare and distribute memos, answer phones, process accounting paperwork for airlines

*Process payroll, manage employee files, conduct employee meetings, manage safety committee, ensure financial audits and service audits are properly administered

*Ensure safety, security, and serviceability of facilities, equipment, and all fixtures and assets

*Control and reduce operational costs at or below the defined station budget levels and look for and advise of revenue opportunities

*Prepare a variety of documents using word processing, spreadsheets and databases, research, gather, and compile data to prepare reports

*Audit training records for all employees to ensure compliance with airline guidelines

*Resolve customer disputes by researching problem and providing feedback to claims department

*Responsible for implementing policies and procedures for the opening of new stations and auditing to ensure continued compliance

*Manage the entire cargo operation and ensure efficiently run on a daily basis
