  • Provide executive support to Senior Management and manage all human resource policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating and administering company benefits plans, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation.
  • Responsible for reconciling monthly health insurance billing to ensure accuracy, and submits invoices for payment.
  • Reports all workers compensation injuries to carrier, maintains OSHA log, conducts follow up and acts as liaison between workers compensation carrier and injured employee.
