Comparison and analysis of welded and bolted joints for a control room panel: May ’ – July ‘
? Designed and developed a control room panel with a bolted joint and welded joint.
? Comparison of welded joints and bolted joints is done by analyzing it using Ansys.
Optimization of Engine bracket: Jan ’ – May ‘
? Engine bracket is designed in solid works, keeping in mind to reduce the overall weight.
? Analysis is carried out using Ansys to find out the overall stress distributed and yielding points.
? Thus obtained results were used to develop Matlab code and using Isight the optimized weight
of the engine bracket is found.
Design and analysis of Nano-imprinter: Aug ’ – Dec ‘
? Model is created using Creo.
? Analysis is performed on the model using Ansys.
? Later on worked on ECN to facilitate manufacturing of the same.

? Desired model is developed using CREO then, CNC program is created for the model to facilitate manufacturing.
