Duties :

Communication with other depts and external clients (ongoing)to scope projects re GIS requirements for planning desired outcomes in sometimes short timeframes

Provides solutions for workloads and provides ongoing advice for training GIS to other depts.

Gives strong explanations about expectations regarding time frames and key deliverables, is goal focussed to achieve outcomes with tight deadlines

consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism for all tasks

Works on developing relationships with staff in Council in Nambour office and external clients in a professional open manner

Challenges issues with other depts relating to GIS and tries to problem solve and find alternate solutions to find a way forward

Accuracy of information and final product is imperative before release, works with client to achieve work of highest standard

Seeks advice from GIS team when uncertain

Is consistently aware of the work outputs and considers the potential implications within the organisation
