- Highly Responsible for the Manufacturing of Press Tools, Dies, by solving D-Cad data using CAM software.
- Responsible for creating & modifying CNC Part programms for Hass , Fanuc,okuma & Fagor controls using DELCAM.
- Responsible for making Strip Layout for Progressive Press Tools using AutoCAD.
- Responsible for Tool Planning, Job set-up, Dialing, Zero setting X/Y/Z Axis, Center finding & executing CNC Part programs as well as finalizing high speed machining strategies & parameters of all the CNC machines in the plant.
- Troubleshooting of problems observed while executing CNC Part Programs.
-. Production Planning & control for manufacturing of Press Tools &fixturesfloor.
- Responssible for Assembly of Press Tools & Jigs & Fixtures on shop floor.
Responssible for Trials of all Pres Tools made on shop floor & trouble shooting of problems observed during trials.
