Cell culture: primary cells line (fibroblast, kerationocyte, melanocyte, neurons), brain blood barriers constructs, BMVEC, COS ,, HEK, HeLa cells.


Molecule biology: DNA recombination, plasmid/retroviral plasmid construction, subcloning, sequencing of PCR, stable/transient transfection by Lipofectamine, FuGene , retrovirus, Nucleofector and Electroporation, siRNA, PCR, RT-PCR, situ hybridization, DNA and RNA isolation.


Cell biology: Cell lines/primary cell culture, cell growth viability curve, cell apoptosis and differentiation assays, immunofluorescent double/triple staining, cell sorting by FACS, gel zimography;


 Microscopy: Light microscopy, fluorescent/laser confocal microscopy, Dark Field Microscopy, Raman and CARS microscopy
