Distinctive Accomplishments


 


Played key role in devising more effective sales training. Field sales team for Siemens Healthcare’s diagnostics division needed enhanced training to keep pace with competition. Assisted Project Lead in enhancing sales tools. Maintained Internet portal to facilitate dissemination of new training program, facilitating team’s long-term success.


 


Automated key performance enhancement tool. Completing sales scoreboards was essential to boosting performance, but was too time intensive. Used Lean principals to help IT automate the tool. Slashed completion times %, enhancing Siemens sales performance while freeing dozens of man-hours for more essential tasks.


 


Became SME on Cognos. Siemens sales force had access to a dynamic business intelligence tool, Cognos, but few knew how to harness its power. Quickly became the in-house resource on its potential for boosting sales performance. Created more user-friendly end-user templates, enabling national sales team to ramp up YOY results.


 


Became Quality Liaison for quality process audits. Proposal Services became audit eligible. Volunteered for team focused on Siemens quality initiative. Teamed with management to audit the system, and align with Siemens standards.


 


Mitigated impact of severe budget crunch to meet need for better training tools. Siemens ability to upgrade key Siebel and Cognos training tools was threatened by budget cutbacks. Played key role in resolving problem, enhancing current versions to produce a self-paced format that met growing needs of -person US sales force.

Sales Tools Support Specialist, to . Provided Internet-based sales tool support to national field sales team. Responsible for processing compensation analysis for field sales and service teams. Played key role in regional training conferences and served as liaison between IT and field sales.  


 


Contract Sales Representative, to . Responsible for customer relations, contract management and administration. Part of multi-functional team that finalized all sales and negotiated contract terms.


 


Senior Field Support Representative / Senior Customer Service Representative, to . Administered multiple databases critical to training, order fulfillment, customer support and call center performance quality.  Key member of call center team.
