- Experienced in all project operations and administration; maintaining the as-built plan changes, contract distribution, change orders and architectural-approved submittals. Worked with Superintendent with field issues and documented these issues in the form of an RFI. Managed subcontractors, including certified payroll, insurance and subcontractor agreements. Attended the weekly trade meetings, prepared and distributed the meeting minutes. Prepared monthly progress billings. Tracked and filed safety meeting documents and employee certifications. Coordinate complete close out including operation and maintenance manuals, created punch list and coordinated punch list completion. Coordinated training classes for all the divisions with turnover to new owners with updated building plans. Assisted with bidding.
