I managed a team that helped with displays and training of merchandise placement to staff. I also worked closely with DM’s and Regional managers in order to implement and set forth company visions.

The main priority as regional manager was overseeing the Chicago/Indiana Region and to make sure that all sales goals within my region were met. Based on successful online marketing techniques I was able to bring new clients to my region. I had to be extremely organized as well as posses superb administrative skills as my area consisted of - centers. My responsibilities included managing the overall operations of the multi retail area.
In addition to recruiting, training and developing of the sales staff, achieving regional sales goals and increasing revenue, I was actively involved in daily activities at the center level which enabled us to hit goal every month. As regional manager I was responsible for not only driving the business but also running various reports on a daily basis, setting goals and forecasting and developing training manuals. I held workshops twice a week, orientations once per month and constant training on sales techniques, which included building new relationships as well as maintaining existing ones.
