Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform cash balancing before accepting over the counter transaction
- Received cash deposits, accept withdrawal and validate to posting media and clients passbook.
- Sorts cash deposits for clients
- Pick up deposit to valued clients.
- Identify counterfeit bills before posting to bank media.
- Accepts check encashment and cheque deposits.
- Process interbranch incoming and outgoing peradala transaction.
- Process foreign remittances transaction.
- Process SSS and Philhealth payment collection.
- Prepare SSS & Philhealth contribution reports.
- Enroll atm card and facilitate card pinning of clients.
- Open New Accounts
- File signatures cards.
- Prepare bank statement for clients.
- Process Service Request and Complaints of clients regarding on atm transactions.
- Prepares daily reports like TBAL and daily fund monitor
- Check tickets, prepare vouchers and managers check for PCF, telephone bills, service and maintenance of branch, and other cases which clients ask.
- Accepts IOA and post it into their proper general ledger accounts.
- Prepare snapshots and Statement of accounts for Current Holder Clients.
- Prepare daily tickets entries of all the transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Counter check deposits and encashment
- Counter check cash in vault and atm.
- Perform and accepts duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by higher authorities.
- Process salary loan application.
