  • Provided executive-level administrative support to three of ENVIRON’s principals, as well as, engineers, scientists and toxicology experts.

  • Facilitated the accurate and timely writing, editing, and preparation of letters, proposals, reports and presentations according to ENVIRON QA/QC standards, exercising ability to understand and follow procedures in order to meet demanding deadlines.

  • Prepared Visio drawing presentations for ENVIRON principals to present to perspective clients.

  • Planned and coordinated corporate travel arrangements (domestic and international), scheduled and maintained calendars/appointments for related on-site and off-site meetings.
