Outside Plant Specialist
Six years of experience managing the installation processes of outside plant installation. Responsible for supervising the duties of technical staff and installation crews including vendor management. Project Management

OSP Engineer
Several core responsibilities include pre-sale and post-sales activities including physical design specifications, fiber management, cost estimates, permitting processes and documentation control. Adhered to appropriate specifications and standards that comply with quality assurance, design and engineering. Developed working diagrams to assist technical support groups in MOP related activities. Performed site surveys gathering information of existing and proposed infrastructures in preparation of new installation, maintenance, provisioning, or reinforcing existing network components. Provided final approval coordination for customer project cutover/implementation plans to promote reliability and the maintenance and provisioning efforts. Obtained Permits from various local and government organizations. Prepared proposals, RFP’s, MOP’s, splice diagrams, Fiber Layout Record’s, and work orders.
CAD Operator
Developed physical and logical representations of existing network elements and proposed network layouts. Performed surveys for field verification for network proposals and for the assurance of accuracy in existing network structure. Prepared Civil Engineering Drawings for the purpose of obtaining construction permits. Inventoried nodes, switches, CO’s, POP’s and customer premises. Documented all network components utilizing a variety of office and design software programs and systems.
