• Helped implement Revit BIM at HHCP Architects - modeled all interior units of the story timeshare, customized door information and models to more closely reflect typical door schedule and specifications, coordinated custom and existing CAD details with the model sheet set.
• Completed second project entirely with Revit: Resort Amenities - D Site, Pool Bar, Water Canon Fort, Lazy River
• Created DDs for new Dark Ride at ITEC Entertainment, reviewing/ verifying existing architectural, structural, ride engineering and special effects. Coordinating & supporting two separate projects, same ride and similar effects, but two sets of building type, conditions, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Completed Construction Docs for John Henry Designs Intl. of a $ million dollar Event Center. Converted foreign drafting program files to AutoCAD, from metric to imperial. United two different designer’s vision. Worked closely with structural engineer and architect to explore alternate construction methods for value engineering while maintaining elegance. Developed the architectural drawings and coordinated permit set entirely through the internet.
