Microbiological Techniques: Aflatoxin Analysis, Microscopy and Staining Techniques, Bacterial growth curve, Biochemical identification of microbes, Isolation and Identification of Microorganisms, Quality control studies of different media and reagents, Isolation of DNA, Searching Biological Database, DNA sequence comparison using BLAST search, waste water treatment.
Instruments well versed with: HPTLC, Centrifuges, Colorimeters, UV Visible Spectrophotometer, and Colony Counter.
Bio-chemical and Technical Analysis: Electrophoresis, Protein Purification and Estimation of Carbohydrate, Fat and Fatty acid Estimation.
