As the Production Control Assistant for Perdue I worked with the WPL (Weigh, Price, and label) Production and Palletizing Departments to ensure orderly palletizing of product for shipping. This was achieved using a CommLink PC Program (CLP) to view the status of any given pallet position in real time. I was also responsible for documenting all manual changes in the palletizing order in a running log created using Microsoft Excel. As the duties of the position expanded I wrote the operational SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Handbook and developed a three-week training program designed to ensure consistent training, understanding and usage of the continually upgraded software. Using these I successfully trained six team members to use these procedures.

As the Receptionist and Office Assistant for District Community Services Board I provided word processing and spreadsheet applications on several files including, but not limited to, updating the interoffice extensions list, updating the Front Desk Handbook, updating the inclement weather phone tree, Quality Assurance Chart and the Chart Review Schedule. I handled confidential and secure information in assisting one of the Program Directors in appointment setting. I also handled a multi-line PBX telephone system for the office.

As Tax Preparer for E-Z Check Cashing I used the Cosslink System to prepare and electronically file tax returns for the tax year using confidential information supplied by the client.
