Assisted the Market President with the Bank’s efforts to gain brand recognition in a new market, staff departments in three regions and grow the deposit/loan base in the southeast Florida Market. During his tenure, Commerce Bank grew from seven branches, employees and $ million in assets in to branches, + employees and $ billion+/- in assets in . In November , upon the Market President’s departure, continued to support senior management in place in their efforts to run the market while completing integration with TD Bank.

Responsibilities: Liaison between Florida Market and Corporate Headquarter. Maintain schedule and organize meetings along with logistics; create and edit agendas and PowerPoint presentations; coordinate travel arrangements, staff training; create/coordinate departmental/market reporting. Hire/supervise regional Executive Assistants and receptionist. Screen telephone calls; monitor/respond to emails via laptop and Blackberry. Coordinate special projects/reports. Anticipate and respond to problems prior to escalation / direct opportunities to appropriate Team Leaders; troubleshoot phone/IT issues; responsible for reviewing periodic system access audits; coordinate staff moves to and from regional offices.

Created and executed the marketing campaign at this small, local, community bank. In the summer of , Palm Beach County Bank caught the eye of Cherry Hill, New Jersey based Commerce Bank. Commerce Bank acquired Palm Beach County Bank as a springboard into its expansion into the southeast Florida market.

Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing campaign for execution at seven branches; design, edit and place ads in local newspapers; design, edit and coordinate printed material/posters; choose, price and coordinate distribution of specialty items; create and edit PowerPoint presentations; design, price and coordinate installation of signage; assist with ad hoc projects and reports; general administrative duties.

Supported the Bank’s efforts to gain brand recognition and increase the deposit/loan base in both the Miami-Dade and Broward County markets. This local commercial bank with two branches grew from a $ million institution in to $ billion+ by year-end .

Responsibilities: Coordinate, track and manage the flow of marketing projects from all Bank Divisions.
