Revenue Projection – Work with accounting team in revenue forecast. Create individual cash flow projection per each studio as requested.
Project Initiation & Setup – Coordinate and manage project setup in our database system by working with legal and accounting team. Procurement of legal documents necessary for project set up.
Work plan & Budget Setup – Setup work plans for Pre-Fee/Staff Budget Negotiations. Create work plans by reverse engineering for Post-Fee/Staff Budget so that Project Planning can be established for each project. Calculate baseline fee for initial budget set up to be tracked. Review, evaluate and revise budget plan as needed.
Billing Review – Review monthly billing from draft to final stage. Prepare billing coversheet for each project that summarizes contract amount, billed-to-date and fee balance. Review and approve billing schedules from contractors.
Client Relations – Work as a liaison between the client, project team and accounting department in budget related issues. Respond to clients’ budget and expense related requests by reconciling accounts and creating reports. Attend project management meetings and follow up on outstanding issues/requests.
Additional Services – Recommend studio leaders and project managers on issuing additional services requests. Prepare, process, and follow up on additional services requests to the final approval. Communicate with clients in securing budget commitment for monthly billing. Prepare and create monthly additional services report for clients.
Labor Detail Review – Review weekly unposted hours and make necessary corrections so that labor cost is billed against proper projects.
Fee Split Review – Review consultant bills and create monthly billing schedule for an architecture/design firm in partnership.
