Globalization Manager – July to December
As the Globalization Manager, manage and coordinate the Globalization and localization of FileNet products (client/server environment) into French, German, Korean and Japanese. The FileNet suite of products includes documentation management products for Windows environments.
Point of contact for notification and communication for issues needing escalation into the development group from Dublin, Asia Pacific, or other outside vendors providing localization.
Work with Marketing and Development to define the globalization requirements and work with the Program Managers to make sure they are clearly defined.
Provide a training plan for the localization teams, which consist of needs, schedules, and resources.
