• Administrative Assistant – Provide support to three () Vice President/Trust Officers (Relationship Managers) Knowledge of TrustRite and Investor’s View programs for daily processes of administrating accounts. Assist RM’s to efficiently and accurately open/close accounts, track asset receipt for account transferring in-kind, obtain tax cost basis on all assets in accounts, input account updates (contact information, investment objectives, tiering, etc.) Assist with working file maintenance and organization. Monitor memo ticklers and assist with daily cash and liquid asset reports on weekly basis. Investors View rebalancing of accounts per administrator instruction. Utilize Investors View Helper for inputting cash to Fixed/Equity/Cash accounts. Process deposits, written directives, disbursements, invoice payments, and check money market balances in response to notification for payments such as estimated taxes. Attended Trust/Investment process classes/training as required. Provide exceptional customer focus and expand client relationships by meeting with clients to discuss issues. Set up client appointments for RM’s. Make client referrals where necessary and follow-up on outstanding issues with clients. Monitor accuracy of client information. Gain knowledge of client’s personal and financial information and assist with client issues when RM’s are out of the office. Provide assistance with Trust floor and front desk coverage, following Service Plus standards. Assist with special projects where requested including monthly statement mailings, client taxes, and monthly Mutual Fund rebalancing. Prepare prospecting materials and packets. Identify opportunities for cross partnering and referrals of Trust clients and prospects as per yearly goal requirements.

Heavy communication responsibility with departments involved in the issue, and follow-up with the patient or family. Supported the Quality director and nursing staff with projects. Heavy travel coordination. Communicated with our patient survey company and shared reports, information, and survey responses with all clinical departments involved in the survey. Provided recommendations for service recovery for patients/family, and assisted in

Owned and operated a registered dairy herd farm in New York State with my husband. Established top registered dairy herd and breeding program within years. Retired from dairy, and sold farm moved back to be close to family in LaPorte.
