•Provide support to recruiters by searching, sourcing and identifying potential candidates from in-house database and resume web sites
•Enter candidate information into database
•Answer phone and check others’ email when needed
•Post jobs to various internet sites
•Set up and maintain company accounts for MySpace and Facebook for networking and job postings
•Send pre-qualifying questions to candidates
•Search for new job and/or resume boards
•Update contact information of candidates when needed
•Follow up with candidates on status
