To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is written on behalf of Sheryl Chao who worked for me at Cranshaw Construction as an Administrative Assistant for years from to . She worked in our estimating and preconstruction department which consisted of as many as six people.
Sheryl was responsible for all documentation, the distribution of bidding documents to all subcontractors and vendors, and coordinating the receipt of all pricing proposals. She worked well with everyone in the department, was very organized, and was very helpful in communicating with the outside vendors and subcontractors.
She managed all of the printing and mailing expenses for the department and was always looking for ways to streamline the process and save the company money. She cared about the quality of her work and always strived to make things better.
As a Vice President in the company, I relied on Sheryl for all of my correspondence with our development company, National Development, as well as with third party clients. She prepared all of our outgoing proposals and assisted with marketing materials and presentations.
Sheryl was very well liked by all of her coworkers as well as all of those she came in contact with during the course of her many duties. Her skills and work experience made her a valuable member of our staff.
It was with regret that due to the downturn in the economy, and the lack of work we are experiencing, Sheryl’s position was eliminated as were several others in the company.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can answer any questions about Sheryl’s qualifications or experience.
Sincerely,
Tony Salvucci
