Professional Experience
Programs Manager – Applied Materials/ATR – Quality / Safety Metrics & Systems, Applied Materials (AMNA), Santa Clara, CA – to
• Directed management project initiatives, monitored group matrices, and supervised focal responsibilities by using a QMO (Quality Management Office) focal group where the employees were dedicated to Quality at least % of the time.
• Planned, developed and maintained the documentation in accordance to corporate standards for the ISO Certification QMS dB in Lotus Notes. This included working with several globally distributed middle- and upper-level managers to gather information to write and edit ISO –specific processes and instruction. Conducted technical reviews and coordinated SME reviews to address NCNs received during the surveillance audits. Also developed the same for the EH&S group and process change management throughout division.
• Managed the development and facilitation of the division’s conversion to the ISO : standard which includes creating the training materials, re-designing the QMS, and working with the Registrar to schedule audits and the Quality Manual Review for re-certification.
• Managed the revision of an existing Safety Intranet Web site that had over , Web pages and needed to be streamlined and updated with current information. Communicated proactively with the Java and MySQL SMEs to create solutions for the necessary updates and improvements requested by upper management. Myself, I did the hands-on uploading of the other’s work to the released Web site. This included archiving monthly reports and meeting minutes, updating divisional restructuring throughout Web site, creating a dashboard for monthly metrics that could be updated from the source data captured in SAP.
• Co-lead of Failure Analysis Program for the Spares Group developing the current process flow throughout organization, edit and develop support processes, and lead the Lotus Notes dB development and interface updates.
