• Served as Technology Project Manager and managed a $. – $ MM project to automate the non-retail ordering process in Target Stores by providing an online indirect procurement solution for purchasing and invoicing, Ariba. An initial annual spend savings of over a million dollars within the first year was realized. Managed project budget, internal and external resources, and client and vendor relationships. • Managed the creation and deployment of the Technology intranet portal, Technology Zone. As Intranet Technology Manager, managed a web-software engineering team whose focus was to build an internal portal framework that allowed personalization, customization and a reporting solution to internal teams by using ATG and Websphere architecture solution.
• As Consumption Reduction/Conversion Planning Manger, my role was to manage a $.M effort of a -member contractor team whose main objective was to reduce normalized CPU hours from mainframe application consumption. In addition, this role allowed me to facilitate a DB consumption reduction strategy with partnering vendors. Determined how to reduce consumption reduction efforts through database reorgs and rebinds.
