• Ensure that sponsors receive timely and high quality responses, to their special inquires. Handling of correspondence from sponsor and child and translating the letters and acknowledge to the gift packages from sponsors.
• Oversee the process of enrolling children in sponsorship, ensuring accuracy of the information collected.
• Ensure case histories are processed and submitted to Donor Services on a timely basis according to the schedule.
• Work closely with Sponsorship Manager and program staff in designing, implementing and monitoring sponsor retention initiatives.
• Plan Annual Status Report collection, draft letter and ensure that annual status report target is met within the deadline.
• Coordinate and escort sponsor visits.
• Plan, organize and conduct sponsorship training/workshop for sponsorship and program staff as required.

Computer: Expert at operating systems: MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
