• Conduct orientation & training of staff, partner agencies and volunteers to ensure they are fully adhere with sponsorship policies and procedures.
• Organize and participate in sponsorship review annually.
• Respond to weekly donor service fax and emails in a timely manner.
• Design, implement and monitor sponsor retention initiatives.
• Prepare reports and response to sponsor/donor queries.
• Supervise the sponsorship administrative staffs and provide support and guidance.

• Respond to weekly Donor Service fax
• Ensure that sponsors receive timely and high quality responses, to their special inquires. Handling of correspondence from sponsor and child and translating the letters and acknowledge to the gift packages from sponsors.
• Oversee the process of enrolling children in sponsorship, ensuring accuracy of the information collected.
• Ensure case histories are processed and submitted to Donor Services on a timely basis according to the schedule.
• Work closely with Sponsorship Manager and program staff in designing, implementing and monitoring sponsor retention initiatives.
• Plan Annual Status Report collection, draft letter and ensure that annual status report target is met within the deadline.
• Coordinate and escort sponsor visits.
• Plan, organize and conduct sponsorship training/workshop for sponsorship and program staff as required.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Computer: Expert at operating systems: MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.

Languages: Fluent in reading, writing, conversation and translation into English, Diploma in French Language, Juillet (French Culture Center)
