Responsibilities include the supervision of specimen processing and data entry personnel. Position requires maintaining staff by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and the training of employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishment of departmental goals and company expectations by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities also include the development of a positive image of the organization through department performance, establishing and maintaining communications with team members, management, and clients. Other responsibilities include receiving specimens from client and company remotes and preparing samples for analysis in an accurate and timely manner; collection of chain of custody drug screenings and blood samples via veinapuncture.
Phlebotomist
Responsibilities included specimen collection via veinapuncture, chain of custody drug screening, client services and the ability to work in emergency and high stress situations. Work experience also consisted of specimen collection from children and infants; and providing services to people in difficult situations. In March , I accepted a supervisory position within the company.

I worked closely with the Education Manager in the planning and scheduling of community education classes at the Nadine Baum Studios. Worked with planning committees to develop and present such programs as Young Actors Repertory, Young Actors Summerstock, YouthFest, Fayetteville Leadership Workshops, and JASON Project. Other duties included administrative assistance to the Education Manager and Senior Vice-President of Programming, data entry, accounts receivable, community education registration, program and artist evaluation, publicity, patron services, typing, and filing. Position required extensive use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Theatre Manager programs.

Teaching Artist
Worked with a team to develop and present programming by researching and developing corresponding study materials for classroom teachers and students. I developed and presented workshops for Leadership Fayetteville, a division of the Chamber of Commerce and worked within the Washington and Benton Counties Public School system as an Arts In Education (AIE) Teaching Artist. I developed and presented workshops and residences for pre K-th grade and Gifted and Talented programs. Workshops and residencies for young learners were designed to develop skills in the arts, apply the arts to cross-curriculum projects and positively build confidence and self-esteem within each learner. I also worked closely with planning teams to develop dramatic curriculum and present intensive performing arts training camps, provided scene study coaching, character development and comedy improvisation workshops. Aided in the development of Arts Live After School (ALAS) programming and curriculum developed lesson plans for ALAS Young Performance Companies, taught Stage Management, Greek Theatre, Movement and Comedy Improvisation classes.
