Accounting
• Able to set up balance sheets, income statements, and analyze assets and liabilities

Bookkeeping
• At Afinety Inc., make daily entry of payments, checks & cash receipt; apply credits; code and record vendors invoices; enter vendors’ credits; work with vendors to resolve billing inconsistency
• Responsible for monitoring A/R aging, track receivables, follow up with delinquencies; utilizing various methods to collect
• In charge of all billings and reconciling discrepancies; generate over case, project and monthly service invoices per month
