* Administer personnel services including recruitment, hiring/terminations, employee relations, training, records management, compensation, unemployment and worker\'s compensation
* Supervise three () senior recruiters and one () college intern and coach them on sourcing techniques
* Devise and implement creative sourcing techniques in an effort to fill unusual job requisitions
