The role of part time MBA's in Company Management Development -
A case study of AT&T Scotland.

AT & T Scotland has a policy called EFA (Education for All) for the employees. As a part of the policy the employees are encouraged to go for management development courses. My dissertation involved with the kind permission of Mr. Tom Riddle (Management Development Manager of AT& T Scotland), to interview their Top, Middle and Line Managers. All the managers I had the chance to interview had taken the Part time MBA course at some point time. The outcome of the interviews is recorded in my dissertation, which identifies on how these people felt about the MBA course. It also documents how the course did or did not help in meeting their career expectations.
