Research team skills focus on a background in protein biochemistry, identification purification and characterization using mastery of one and two dimension PAGE, fluorography, immunoblotting, column chromatography, antigen-antibody assay systems, and the responsible handling of various radioactive isotopes. Familiar with polyclonal antibody production, bioassay techniques, explant tissue and cell culture. Experience in microbiology and molecular biology methods, cDNA and genomic library screening, Northern, Southern and Western blotting, small animal surgery, assorted microscopy, imaging and darkroom/photography skills.
