· Supervisor: Responsible for maintaining a well ran floor with satisfied customers (while managers were in there weekly meetings), table visits and seating chart, handled guest complaints and approved complimentary meals or discounts.
· Cash-Out Office Clerk: Made bank deposits and verified banks for retail shops and bartenders. Closed banks at end of each day. Ordered money from Brinks to maintain the safe at a certain amount at all times. Responsible for all cash coming in and out of Hard Rock Café. Ran cash when needed to bartenders and to retail shops as well as running change to the Hard Rock Live bartenders during a concert.
· Receptionist: Handled high volume phones at the Hard Rock Café Corporate Office. Ordered office supplies, maintained a well ran front desk. Greeted and assisted to visitors, shipped and received all UPS and FedEx shipments
· Banquets Attendant: Worked as a banquet server and bartender for large upscale events
