The owner of this franchise is Ron Surrencamp and my family and I worked for him for about seven years. I learned at a very young age how to:

- design a store that is visually appealing.
- follow directions.

Soon it became my job to setup displays and decide where the gondolas/tables should be placed for easy traffic flow. It was noticed while I was very young that I had an eye for design and paid close attention to detail. When Mother's Day or Valentines day rolled around, I loved to design the arrangement of the flowers and present a beautiful bouquet to the customers.
