Currently, my family and I are residing in Fort Hood, Texas while my husband serves in the United States Army (Iraq). We have recently decided to part ways with military life and are willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.
I have spent the last several years employed in the Property Management field and hope to continue on the same path. I have specialized in trouble shooting for much of my time in the business. By eliminating high collection rates, low occupancy, and severe drug infestations I have been successful on quest for positive properties. My knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, occupancy requirements, and extensive rehabilitation work on trouble properties has allowed for me to work in many positions in the industry. I have worked for two of the largest companies in the United States and from that experience I have gained knowledge that I feel will benefit any company.
