As an apex organization in disability management with national and international acclaim, its multifarious objectives include human resource development, research and development, developing service models for care and rehabilitation, documentation and dissemination of information and community Rehabilitation.

Primary Responsibilities

&#; Managing the recruitment process from screening to selection and induction.
&#; Conducting performance reviews and implementing the performance management system
&#; Consolidate Performance appraisal of Employees for increments and incentives
&#; Plan, design and deliver training programs for internal staff to meet organization needs
