•Oversee and direct staff on export software, export regulations, licenses, export compliance, customer service, preparing export documentation including special certificates and NAFTA documentation, Proformas and all types of international banking collections from Sight Drafts to Letters of Credit
•Liaison between operations/customer service and sales department
