Administrative Assistant for VP of Real Estate Development - Manage VP’s schedule with the use of Microsoft Outlook. Draft and edit Correspondence with contractors and other project partners, executive staff and community representatives. Assist with coordination and facilitation of community meetings as well as meetings with other project partners (engineers, architects, etc.). Communicate with public officials, respective representatives of state and local offices of the city of Baltimore (DOT, DPW, BCPD) private partners (Johns Hopkins/Kennedy Krieger) grantors (The Annie E. Attend community meetings and report on issues and complaints. Manage payment process for contractors, architects, engineers and consultants. I am a graduate of Western High School since . I have taken some college courses and anticipate resuming attendance to pursue my interests in social sciences. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and am accustomed to working in a fast paced, professional environment. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, various data base software, in addition to some accounting software to included Peachtree, Quickbooks, Quicken and Timeslips. I am an active volunteer with WHO WINS (a non-profit organization which provides aide to female ex-offenders) and I am also an active volunteer in my children’s schools. I am also literate in the Spanish Language and provide tutoring to both English and Spanish speaking students in Spanish.
