I was offered a promising position with a new company and chose to leave Coronado Stone in hopes of obtaining more knowledge in this new and upcoming field. My duties were to set up the office and develope the procedures for each job that was awarded to the company, ( Fire Sprinkler Installation) which included obtaining fireflow, submitting plans to plan check,obtaining all business license's for each city or county we worked in. Processing Liens, some progress billing, submitting Union documents for employees. The company folded after yr in business and the owners split company.

I am seeking long term employment with a company, in which will allow me to be a part of its growth and achievements and long term goals. I am fully fluent in English and Spanish. I also have many "Customer Service" Skills.

Duties:
Schedule daily product production according to production capacity.
Maintain schedule by updating each shift, track lead times for each product, label products.
Assistant to Sr. Production Risk Manager. Complete and submit all work related incidents to "Sr.Risk Manager" Continually walk the lines on the grounds making sure all safety rules were enforced, report unsafe conditions to proper department for correction.
Pre-screen potential employees, keep records of employee incident reports, (injury’s)
Review employee tardiness and attendance each week.
Oversee production lines on the production floor. Assist in "Quality Control" as well as assist our Risk Manager by walking the plant and correcting any unsafe working conditions. Filling out and filing all incident reports that pertained to Coronados employees.

Additional Comments:
I made the decision to leave a secure position with Coronado Stone on the promise of a more secure position and future with this new company, in the hopes of being able to live a better quality of life, things did not work out for the company and the job ended.
