Century City, CA - Coordinator Affiliate Sales & Marketing - Fox Cable Networks. Job responsibilities include the creation, implementation and execution of Affiliate marketing campaigns, initiatives and promotions. Sell in and monitor marketing campaigns and local promotions. Track MSO participation in marketing promotions, create timelines and gather materials, entry forms, affidavits and fulfill prize obligations. Assist Director and regional sales team with network distribution and secure network launches. Maintain and update regional website and monitor premium inventory. Work closely with Sales Operations Manager to create regional forecast and maintain and deplete budget by fiscal year end. Prepare network presentations and give local ad sales & network trainings. Coordinate, organize and partner with MSO’s to promote networks and achieve objectives through local events. Liaison between corporate marketing group, national accounts, cable networks, technical operations and Affiliates. Prepare and release programming updates and schedules to Affiliates and industry agencies. Manage team travel, prepare agendas, and keep department calendar. Point-person for league blackouts and restrictions, team surcharges and ad exclusivities. Track contractual marketing dollars and fulfill network launch support per MSO Affiliation Agreements. Administrative duties include processing invoices and check requests, maintenance of regional spreadsheets & acquiring and disseminating most up-to-date network information and sales tools for the field representatives.

Administrative responsibilities included answering phones, arranging travel, filing, coordinating high level executive meetings and events, routing incoming mail and correspondence. Supported Affiliate Marketing and National Account teams with special projects as assigned. Provided additional support to the Executive Vice President, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors when needed.
