Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and self-driven salesperson to join our team at Spade & Spoon. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our meal kit delivery service at various events, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for the company in a myriad of ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the Denver area both in person and over the phone
- Present our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features that differentiate us from competitors
- Attend various events to promote Spade & Spoon throughout the Denver area
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Upbeat and magnetic personality
- Friendly and authentic communication style
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and implement creative sales strategies
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for food and for the planet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay Structure:
FULL TIME:
- Base Salary: $60k annually
- Commission:
- 5% commission on new customers first year sales; 3% ongoing
- Significant cash bonus for achieving annual target
- Contract can be renegotiated annually
PART TIME:
- Hourly Rate: $28
- Commission:
- 5% commission on new customers first year sales; 3% ongoing
- Significant cash bonus for achieving annual target
- Contract can be renegotiated annually
