As a Sales Representative at Newpark, you will be responsible for growing territories in the Pacific Northwest (Washington and Oregon). Working closely with commercial and operational leadership, you will collaborate to define a winning strategy within your region and develop business from introduction to close. In the role, you will be able to directly fuel the fastest growing division in Newpark, with ample opportunity for advancement. From initial contact, to relationship development, field visits and executive presentations, this role experiences different challenges daily with plenty of reward and fun as part of the NMIS family.

Pay rate range is between $11,000 and $12,500 monthly. In this role, you will be eligible for Newpark's Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which is an annual incentive plan paid out based upon individual achievements and company goals set forth by company. Benefits include 120 hours personal time off (PTO), pro-rated to reflect hire date, 56 hours PTO illness. Eligible to participate in 401 (k) Retirement Plan, Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, Employee Assistance Plan, Basic Life, Basic Spouse and Child Life, and Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Employee Voluntary Life, Dependent Voluntary Life, Short and Long-term Disability, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and paid Holidays.
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or educational equivalent. 5 years sales experience. Broad technical knowledge of company's products and services and customer requirements. Excellent communication skills. Good negotiating skills.
Position Summary
Sells products and services to existing or new customers in the field. Maintains a mix of large and small accounts. Usually calls at customer location. Handles special projects, as assigned.
