As the Principal Administrative Analyst (Nintex) you will be part of the EForms Team demonstrating your experience in process management and workflow automation using Nintex O365, and Nintex Automation Cloud software. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge and experience of SharePoint and workflow development to develop and troubleshoot complex SharePoint integrated (e.g., Nintex) workflow solutions, including the creation SharePoint site definitions. You will lead the effort to identify and define user requirements for Nintex and other systems.
Using O365 and SharePoint you will participate in the migration from the Nintex O365 environment to the Nintex Automation Cloud. You will lead workgroups of users, and business units throughout and during the migration process to ensure workflows are well understood and work as expected post-migration. You will work closely with the EForms Management Team, SharePoint Developers, and the SharePoint Administrators to gain knowledge of the existing environment, the progress made thus far in the migration, outstanding issues and challenges, and the plan for completing the migration.
You will use your expertise in SharePoint and O365 in developing, maintaining, and supporting Enterprise EForms and automating workflows in various business entities; assisting units, teams, and users in transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud solutions, working with the Records Management manager to maintain best practices and document for taxonomies. You will coordinate and review work assignments of employees performing the same general work.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and six years of relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Senior Analyst classification.
Relevant Experience is defined as: A combination of experience which includes Nintex, implementing business processes, electronic forms and layout, User Interface/ User Experience using BPM tools, PowerApps, and/or other tools on-prem, cloud-based, or SharePoint. Implement solutions with multiple data sources, such as Web services, SQL Server, or O365 SharePoint Lists.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
